You will be part of the client-oriented learning & development (L&D) team, managing, designing and delivering training programmes for a diverse suite of clients. What you will be doing: Understand the strategy of the Business to develop and deliver targeted learning that will enable the Business to reach its goals. Understand the strategy of the Client's to develop and deliver targeted learning that will enable the Client to reach its goals. Being the Project Manager in client engagements:performing risk checksbuilding proposals and attending client presentationsproject preparation and progress through liaising with internal teams and external teams.working with the Programme Coordinator on venue and materials managementevaluating courses and reporting Design and deliver learning interventions (internal and external clients), including training programmes. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders Preferred skills At least 3 years of working experience in learning & development (L&D), people function, or consulting are desirable. Proficient in data analytics, strong project management, problem solving, communication and influencing skills. A good working knowledge of current and emerging organisational learning and development best practice strategies, theory, principles and technology. Understanding of adult learning theory; learning needs and performance gap analysis; instructional design, development and implementation; and assessment / evaluation of learning.
