Senior Business Development Executive

Responsibilities: • Identify new sales leads and manage the existing portfolio of in-house accounts.
• Identify potential new customers to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
• Make cold calls as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Generate leads, set appointments, and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels (such as sales visits, emails, telephone calls, etc.).
• Organize customer visits and negotiate contracts and packages.
• Develop quotations and proposals for customers in a timely manner.
• Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Compile feedback from existing and prospective customers and share it with management.
• Update and record all business development and sales activities using CRM in a timely manner.
Skills required: Must have experience in Minimum 3-5 years Sales experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics; Highly motivated individual with a strong product knowledge in import/export ocean (NVOCC) and air, and selling experience of value-added service 3PL solution. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, with proficiency in Chinese being an advantage. Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel software. Have experience in Intra Asia Tradelink Applicant must be eligible to work in Malaysia legally
