Job Summary:
The Senior Client Manager is a strategic and client-focused role responsible for building, managing, and nurturing relationships with key clients. They serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering client satisfaction, and driving business growth. The Senior Client Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop account strategies, and execute effective solutions to meet client goals with INFLUASIA's services.
Responsibilities:
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, industry trends, and challenges. Regularly engage with clients to identify opportunities, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
-Account Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and business goals. Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to proactively drive account development.
-Solution Delivery: Work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements. Coordinate with project managers, technical experts, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives. Monitor service quality and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
-Financial Management: Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and increase client spend. Monitor and manage client budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets. Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
-Contract and Agreement Management: Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with legal and finance teams. Ensure contracts are aligned with client expectations and internal policies. Proactively address contract-related issues, such as scope changes, billing discrepancies, and compliance matters.
-Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and support, to drive client success. Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and knowledge sharing. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior client managers, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
-Client Reporting and Analytics: Develop and deliver regular reports to clients, providing insights on performance, project status, and key metrics. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and make data-driven recommendations to improve client outcomes.
-Industry Knowledge and Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Participate in industry conferences, forums, and events to enhance knowledge and establish the company as a thought leader. Share insights and expertise with clients to add value and build credibility.
