Help to optimize the functions of the Data Center with detailed campaign data and optimize the campaign efficiency as well as the performance. To find out the most efficient way of media combination for digital marketing.According to the marketing objectives, carry out the media plan on Facebook/Google/Tiktok/Twitter etc. according to the needs, including normal branding campaigns as well as KOL/Content campaigns, to evaluate and optimize the campaign performance in different dimensions accordingly.Active on local social platforms, help to find the top KOLs/celebrities accordingly. You should also promote the cooperation of KOLs/celebrities, helping with collaboration details as well as content planning.Manage other new media(OTT/App etc.) Make sure that the campaigns consistent with HQ media strategy and run in orderly and timely manner.You're supposed to understand the local marketing (Young generation) needs accurately, then find out the differences between branding/performance ads and give suggestions for designer team on creatives.Monitor campaign data, responsible for regular statistical analysis and summary of data to improve the campaign performance. Job Requirements: English as first working language, fluent in listening, reading and writing.Active on social medias(Facebook/IG/Youtube/Google/Twitter/Tiktok etc.), have a high sensitivity with the hot trends, better with local resources.Good use of Python and other data analysis tools.With Rigorous and responsible work attitude.Major in Marketing or advertising.If understand Mandarin will be advantage.
