-Digital Strategy Development:


-Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.


-Develop innovative campaigns for online brand promotion, lead generation, and customer engagement.


-Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.


-Campaign Management:


-Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of online campaigns across various channels.


-Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.


-Ensure digital campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


-Content Creation and Optimization:


-Oversee the creation and management of engaging content for websites, blogs, emails, social media, and paid ads.


-Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user engagement.


-Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and content teams to produce compelling and effective marketing materials.


-Analytics and Reporting:


-Monitor, track, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.


-Generate regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and conversion metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.


-Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in digital strategies.


-Social Media Management:


-Lead social media marketing efforts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.


-Develop social media calendars, manage posts, and engage with followers to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.


-Analyze social media performance and adjust content strategies accordingly.


-Team Leadership and Collaboration:


-Mentor and guide junior marketing team members to enhance skills and knowledge in digital marketing.


-Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with company goals.


-Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.


-Budget Management:


-Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently for maximum return on investment.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.


-Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.


-Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and social media management platforms.


-Solid understanding of web analytics and performance metrics.
