Job Description Support BE Media test (PZT, TDS, Magnetic Certification) process.
Support FE and BE AOI process.
Certify new head and transfer into back end test operation Media BE test vs HDD Drive Correlation and Optimization.
Support HDD return investigation.
Qualify & release and new media test process propagation/installation into manufacturing.
Continue to monitor, optimize, analyze and implement improvement(upgrade) all media test process related.
Procedure and methodology documentation Review project transfers from US and provide assessment feedback, Test metrology review, test process suggestions and improvements.
Develop new engineering solution (Equipment and Process) for defect detection improvement on media testers.
Implement process improvements for media tester.
Test recipe maintenance.
Resolve media tester QI failures and find solutions to ensure non repeated cases due to same root cause.
Media quality improvement to avoid post-test failure and test escapee for new equipment qualification to HDD.
Involved as a team member in FMEA meetings.
Coordinating test process improvements with operations engineer and technicians.
Interface with Product Engineering/HME in HDD Interface with support team – IT/Product group Follow all safety and health rules Qualifications BS degree of Electrical and Electronic or Mathematic or Computer Engineering BS degree of Physics Sciences PREFERRED: With knowledge on electronic engineering.
Experience in working on project, experiment, evaluation environment.
SKILLS: Problem solving skill Time management Project management Basic Statistical knowledge Technical knowledge of electrical and electronics.
