Job Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of ER and IR issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Manage disciplinary issues by investigating alleged misconduct, preparing necessary documentation, and recommending appropriate action to close the case.
Support the development, interpretation, and application of company policies and procedures, labor relations, contract administration, grievance handling, employee counseling, and discipline matters.
Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on ER/IR policies, procedures, and legal obligations, fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.
Represent the company in discussions with regulatory agencies, arbitrators, mediators, or auditors, advocating for the organization's interests while upholding legal and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ER/IR activities, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Stay abreast of relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry trends, advising management on compliance requirements and best practices.
Develop and implement employee relations strategies and programs to create a harmonious work environment, promote positive work culture, and enhance employee engagement.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advance Diploma with 5 years related experience or a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent field.
Preferably candidates with working experience focusing on employee relations, labor relations, or industrial relations.
Well versed in employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to interpret and apply policies consistently and fairly.
Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Good in data analysis & Microsoft Excel.
Experience in company audit (internal & external), especially in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).#J-18808-Ljbffr
