Job Summary Execute and conduct compliance assignments related to Mandatory Standard for Quality of Service (MSQoS) on 4G Wireless Broadband Access Service (BAS) to ensure high quality of service delivered by the telecommunication service providers.
Job Responsibilities Collect quarterly MSQoS report analysis and execute approval of Management paper for information or Commission paper for issuance of Commission Direction;Evaluate and process border coordination requests related to quality issue to ensure the public enjoys a satisfactory level of services;Analyze and assess continuously bandwidth utilization of File Transfer Protocol (FTP) test servers to ensure sufficient utilization for undisputed MSQoS audit frameworks;Collect and evaluate improvement requirements on FTP test servers to accommodate future MSQoS audit frameworks; andLiaise with internal stakeholders and execute responsibilities as Assurance Champion for the department.Qualification and Work Experience Candidate must have a BSc. In Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a reputable university;A member of the Registered to Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) would be an added advantage;Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering field;At least 2 years of experience in spectrum/quality monitoring, enforcement and interference resolution activities; and Radio frequency related activities either in telecommunication or broadcasting industryOther Attributes Technical CompetenciesIn-depth knowledge on Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, Spectrum Regulations 2000, Technical Standard Regulation 2000, Spectrum Plan, Standard Radio System Plan (SRSP) and Class Assignment;Complaint and stakeholder management;Compliance and enforcement administration;Project management and strategic negotiation; andOther skill in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, System network, Radio propagation, Spectrum management, Spectrum monitoring, Spectrum engineering, Technical analysisBehavioural CompetenciesCustomer focusTeamwork and collaborationAchievement orientationAnalytical thinking Quality and complianceIntegrityLeadership and developing othersCandidate must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
