Serve with Obsession: Building win-win relationships for the long-term by having a cus As an imaginative and strategic marketer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing campaigns across the full marketing mix. This role focuses on generating revenue that is repeatable, predictable and scalable, with measuring ROI at its core. You will support the implementation of high-impact marketing strategies that go beyond industry norms, setting new standards and driving innovation to ensure our efforts not only attract attention but also create lasting impressions.
What you will do: Analysis for marketing planning:
Provide analysis that supports and informs marketing campaigns and new product feature launches Collaborate with data, product, and customer success teams to analyse customer behaviour and past campaign performance Obtain insights from this analysis that help shape quarterly marketing strategy and plans Align and prioritise marketing efforts with revenue goals and objectives specific to each market within the region. Customer Acquisition and Lifecycle Management:
Implement full-funnel marketing efforts through online and offline marketing activities, including but not limited to, promotion, paid media, events/webinars, affiliate and partnership, content and social strategy, and referral programs. Implement retention campaigns to drive upsell/cross-sell, reduce churn and grow loyalty Develop compelling content themes to educate customers  Marketing Performance Optimization:
Set up performance dashboards and undertake regular reporting and analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation Balance BAU strategies with experimental tactics, running A/B tests and hypotheses testing to improve performance and conversion rates. What we are looking for: A critical thinker and problem solver who can analyse complex situations, identify problems, and devise effective solutions. An efficient time manager who is agile and has successfully navigated in fast-paced, dynamic environments while juggling multiple projects efficiently. Strong in analytics and have a data-driven mindset Have hands-on experience with any CRM/marketing automation tools like HubSpot, SalesForce, Braze, Marketo etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills  At least 3 years of marketing experience in the fintech, banking, financial services, Saas, ecommerce, or AppTech industry Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field. Additional marketing certifications are a plus.  Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Have knowledge of the payment/banking/financial landscape in Southeast Asia will be a plus Time off - We would love you to take time off to rest and rejuvenate.
