Job Responsibilities: Liaise with advisory and underwriter prospects processing.Liaise with banker & financial institution.Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's goals.Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.Work closely with department heads to ensure accurate and timely budget submissions.Provide variance analysis and explain deviations from the budget.Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Present financial reports and insights to senior management and the board of directors.Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and internal policies.Monitor changes in financial regulations and ensure the company's compliance.Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management. Job Requirements: Experience working in a banking / financial institution will be prioritized.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or in a senior finance role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines, including willingness to work on off/rest days if required.
