Senior Executive, Human Capital

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Executive, Human Capital to join our HR team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, managing employee relations, supporting talent development, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Work with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Advise on employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
Support the performance appraisal process, assist in setting up individual development plans, and work with managers to ensure that performance issues are addressed effectively.
Collaborate with the training department to design and deliver training programs that address organizational needs and employee development goals.
Assist in identifying skill gaps and creating development plans.
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Provide support in salary reviews and performance-linked incentives.
Ensure HR practices and policies comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in HR-related legal requirements and ensure timely implementation of necessary updates to policies.
Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
Organize employee events, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to gauge satisfaction and improve employee morale.
Lead or support HR projects aimed at improving HR practices, processes, and the employee experience.
Assist in implementing HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in HR or Human Capital.
Experience in Manufacturing and Dairy Farming industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving HR issues and improving employee experiences.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HRIS, and other HR-related software.
Experience in talent management, employee engagement programs, or organizational development.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with employees across the organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
