Position: Senior Executive Human Resource
Job Purpose: Responsible to execute HR operations across a range of functions including training & development and employee & industrial relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development Assist with the identification of training needs across the organization and coordinate the scheduling and logistics of training programs. Support the development and implementation of employee development initiatives aimed at enhancing skills, leadership potential, and career growth. Monitor training effectiveness and assist in identifying areas for continuous improvement in learning and development. 2.
Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues. Assist in handling employee concerns and grievances. Assist in handling investigation and other disciplinary procedures. Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, and feedback mechanisms, to improve employee satisfaction and retention. 3.
Performance Management Assist in the execution of the performance management process, including supporting managers with goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Help monitor employee performance and provide guidance on improvement plans for employees who are underperforming. 4.
HR Administration & Compliance Manage employee records and ensure that all HR documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company policies, statutory requirement and employment laws Support HR reporting functions by gathering and analysing HR data, including headcount, turnover rates, and performance metrics. Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including employment laws, and workplace policies. 5.
General HR Support Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining HR systems, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Assist in the coordination of company events, employee recognition programs, and social initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or support role. Experience in training & development and employee & industrial relations. Knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems) and MS Office Suite. Skills & Competencies: Understanding of HR best practices and labor laws. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR documentation and records.
