Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing

-Sales Strategy and Execution:-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.-Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand customer base.-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.-Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.-Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve sales pitches and presentations.-Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:-Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, content marketing, and paid advertising.-Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for business growth.-Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.-Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.-Social Media Management:-Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.-Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.-Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.-Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the company remains relevant and competitive.-Content Creation and Management:-Create high-quality content for various platforms including blogs, social media, websites, and newsletters.-Work closely with the design team to produce engaging visual content.-Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.-Customer Relationship Management (CRM):-Utilize CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.-Develop and maintain customer loyalty programs.-Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.-Team Collaboration and Leadership:-Mentor and guide junior members of the sales and marketing team.-Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.-Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and implementation. 1. -Malaysian Citizenship-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.-Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.-Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.-Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools-Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.-Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
