Senior Executive, System Engineer

Job Summary Support all restaurants applications for KFC restaurants nationwide.
Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and resolve HelpDesk tickets assigned to MIS Apps HQ & Sabah.
2. Support KFC restaurants Front of House applications – Aloha POS, Kiosk and integrations (food aggregators, Delivery, Kiosk, etc.) in terms of operational supports and integration deployment.
3. Support KFC restaurants Back of House applications –NCR Aloha, FMH.
4. Perform daily reconciliation between 3rd party channel data against those in POS and HQ.
5. Configure Aloha POS to support KFC Brands LTO (Limited Time Offer), i.e. menu configuration, buttons, recipe configurations, etc.
6. Monitor daily synchronization of outlet data ? HQ and fix any arising issue.
7. Visit KFC stores to troubleshoot and resolve issues, especially when outlet has problem with Internet connectivity.
8. Optionally be on standby during weekends, public holidays, outside office hours as needed.
9. Perform tasks related but not limited to KFC Restaurant applications.
10. Support Restaurant Applications to ensure outlets can conduct business smoothly.
11. Restaurant Application related projects can be launched on-time.
12. Ensure Restaurants Support duties are handled within stipulated SLA.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in various disciplines.Experience in application support environment.Working knowledge of Aloha or any POS systems is an added advantage.Proficiency in SQL is an advantage.Good troubleshooting skills.Attention to detail.Highly self-disciplined, requires minimal supervision.
