Job DescriptionFull set accounts review
Monitor and plan cash flow, funding, and budget allocations
Assist to handle daily finance operations
Budgeting and forecasting for projects
Materials costing review
Analysis of budget/forecast vs actual and provide recommendation for improvement
Adhoc duties as and when required by management
Assist in running the daily operation of Finance Department
Produce the timely relevant Reports including the Statutory Financial Statement with Disclosures
Ensuring all accounting system, practices, control and procedures are fully compliant with company policy
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and statutory submissionJob Requirement
Degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce / ACCA / CIMA / equivalent
Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience; prior experience in Property Development / Construction / F&B will be an added advantage
Task and result-oriented with ability to lead and motivate staff
Strong leadership and analytical aptitude
Good communication and decision-making skills are essentialCompany
