Senior Hr Executive (Bkt Mertajam, Penang)

Responsibilities: Manage compensation and benefitspackages.Coordinate in the performance reviewprocedures (e.g. annual evaluations).Implementeffective sourcing, screening and interviewingtechniques.Assess training needs andcoordinate learning and development initiatives for allemployees.Act as the point of contactregarding labour legislation issues.Reviewcurrent HR technology and recommend effectivesoftware.Measure employee retention andturnover rates.Oversee daily operations of theHR department.Requirements: Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HRManager or similar role.Experience with HumanResources Management Systems.Familiarity withfull-cycle recruiting.Strong knowledge oflabour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employeeleaves and insurance).Demonstrable leadershipabilities.Excellent communicationskills.Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree inHuman Resources Management or relevant field; MSC is aplus.
