KeyResponsibilities: Overseethe recruitment and selection process, including job posting,resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions, ensuring theselection of top talent to meet organizationalneeds.Coordinatevisa and work permit processes for foreign workers, ensuringcompliance with immigrationlaws.Leademployee onboarding and offboarding processes, includingorientation programs, documentation verification, and exitinterviews, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires anddeparting employees.Handleemployee relations matters, including conflict resolution,disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, fostering a positivework environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies andprocedures.Assistin the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies,and programs that align with organizational goals and supportemployee engagement andretention.Coordinateemployee training and development initiatives, identifying trainingneeds, coordinating training programs, and evaluating effectivenessof training programs to enhance employee skills andcompetencies.Stayinformed about relevant employment laws, regulations, and industrytrends, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and update andmaintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, communicatingchanges to staff asnecessary.ManageHR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, andmanaging HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legalrequirements.Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including finance, and operations, tosupport HR initiatives, resolve issues, and drive organizationaleffectiveness and efficiency. Qualifications andSkills: Bachelor'sdegree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, orrelated field. .Provenexperience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a senior HRcapacity.Proventrack record of successfully leading HR initiatives and projectsthat drive organizational effectiveness and employeeengagement.Strongknowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with afocus on recruitment, employee relations, and performancemanagement.Excellentleadership and communication skills, with the ability toeffectively lead and motivate teams and communicate withstakeholders at alllevels.Strategicthinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on drivingresults and continuous improvement in HR practices andprocesses.Proficiencyin UBS systems, Microsoft Office, and other HR-related softwareapplications.Abilityto work independently and handle multiple priorities in afast-pacedenvironment.
