Senior Hr Executive (Recruitment)

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions across the organization.
Create and post engaging job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the hiring process.
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle candidate onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Promote the company's brand and values to potential candidates, enhancing reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
