About the roleWe are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team at SJ Circle Sdn Bhd in Kulim, Kedah. This full-time role is a crucial part of our HR Consulting and Generalist function, supporting our growing operations and contributing to the overall success of the company. As an HR Specialist, you will play a key part in delivering strategic HR services and driving positive employee experiences.
What you'll be doing
Manage the overall HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Welfare Administration, Employee Relations, Monthly Payroll Administration, Performance Appraisal, Training
To conduct on day-to-day Human Resources work as well as the improvement of Human Resources policies and procedures
Able to handle sensitive information with highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Handle staff discipline issues, grievances and counseling, domestic inquiries and other activities when required.
Responsible for the timely processing of payroll and submission of related reports to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF and etc.
Leaves and time attendance administration.
Managing employee's database and staff movement including preparation of all HR letters.
Preparing incoming and outgoing correspondence, internal memo and etc.
To in charge security guard issues and cleaner
Coordinate with external vendor regarding office area maintenance.
Coordinate with IT vendor for checking on PC and also another IT related spare part.
To perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations relevant to the industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Our market base is mainly for export to Asia Pacific countries. Our products are innovative and dynamic, we design wider product range for general market as well as premium market. We have applied patents and registered industrial design for some of our products and process.
Our current factory facility is able to cater for 4 fully automated lines at 60,000 sq ft premises. Manufacturing processes are situated in a clean and controlled environment.
Our top management has vast experience and good exposure in diaper industry and hygienic product markets for over 10 years. At present, diaper pant manufacturing is more niche than other hygienic products in Malaysia, and this market can grow exponentially because most of the market regions are still untapped.
Our goals are to grow and expand the business 2-3 folds in the next 5 years.
