Senior Human Resource Executive

DESCRIPTION  : Conduct the recruitment process such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sourcing candidates, interviews and etc.
Prepare official letters related to employment matter.
Manage onboarding for new employee to ensure they have access to all systems and software.
Maintain all employee records using the human resource management software, office management and administrative.
Assist employee issues and inquiries Review and respond to emails.
Conduct performance appraisal management for employees.
Conduct training needs assessment to identify suitable intervention for employee development.
Oversee the implementation of company policy and procedures among the employee.
Assist in employee engagement activities.
REQUIREMENTS  : Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Preferred skill(s): InfoTech Software Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
