Responsibilities: Responsible for the full spectrum of the functions in the human resource department which encompasses payroll, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, leave procedure, other employees related matters and general administration.
Ensure the company's policy, rules & regulations, and operations abide by local laws.
Responsible for foreign workers hiring to ensure all government requirements, workmen's compensation, renewal of passports etc.
are done accordingly.
Communicate with different levels of management to ensure the smoothness and efficiency of the company's operation.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Well-versed in Malaysian Labour Law / Employment Act.
Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate with all levels of positions, customer obsession, organized, meticulous.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
An ability to interact proactively with Management and staff at all levels of the organization in the resolution of HR issues.
Ability to work within deadlines and defined standards.
