RTR in intercompany and FA refers to the management and reconciliation of financial transactions between subsidiaries within a corporate group, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Description
Oversee month-end and year-end closings with strong controllership over all intercompany transactions, streamlining practices to ensure a high-quality, accelerated closing process for monthly, year-end, and statutory reporting (including financial and tax audits).
Lead fixed asset management, including policy development, process standardization, controls, and the full cycle of fixed asset processes such as preparing and reviewing schedules, reconciliation, and conducting periodic checks on disposals, obsolescence, or impairment of assets.
Drive cross-team understanding of new accounting standards, applying and training technical principles to develop the team.
Document current processes (Business Process Master List) and ensure they align with the global SSC model and calendar.
Support the implementation of internal controls framework (COSO), ensuring control objectives are identified, designed, executed, documented, and reviewed across assigned markets.
Collaborate with the Regional R2R & Internal Control Manager to implement SAP core processes for intercompany and fixed asset processing, driving continuous improvements.
Work closely with SAP and P2P teams to align and facilitate the end-to-end process of intercompany and fixed asset processing, managing monthly reconciliations and resolving disputes with other intercompany parties.
Partner with local and regional treasury teams on intercompany payment proposals and cash flow monitoring.
Lead and manage the potential takeover of intercompany processing, setting stakeholder expectations to align with global core processes.
Profile
Degree in Accounting/Finance with a CA qualification.
Over 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
At least 2 years of experience working with a public accounting firm (candidates from Big 4 firms are highly preferred).
Experience in major transformational projects related to financial systems and processes is preferred.
Strong knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Exposure to the APAC market is preferred.
