Responsibilities:
To participate actively in research and related scholarly activities & secure research grants
To supervise research students at undergraduate/postgraduate levels
To achieve specified set of research outcomes in terms of publications, conference proceedings, etc.
Administrative Responsibilities:
To coordinate the biostatistics/public health/community medicine modules
To engage in the preparation of ISO and MQA documents for the above modules
Any other administrative duties as required from time to time by the Dean/Head/Program Leader
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or PhD from a recognised university preferably in Medicine (MBBS)/Biomedical Science/Health Sciences
At least 5 to 10 years experience in teaching at College/University level
Research and publication proven track record
Experience in lab is an advantage
To be based in Sibu Sarawak or in Kota Damansara
