We are seeking an experienced SM/AGM to lead our Sales and Marketing operations and drive strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with a proven track record of effectively leading sales teams, optimizing marketing processes, and ensuring alignment with revenue objectives. The incumbent will oversee all sales, marketing, and digital marketing activities, with a strong emphasis on enhancing brand visibility, driving revenue growth, and maximizing customer engagement. This position calls for a strategic leader skilled across diverse marketing channels, including digital, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to enhance performance and achieve competitive growth.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Lead and manage all aspects of Sales, Marketing, and Digital Marketing.Develop and execute integrated sales, marketing, and digital marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.Provide clear direction to meet financial targets and timelines.Support top management in feasibility studies, business, and product development.Identify and pursue new business opportunities for property and land revenue generation.Create effective product positioning, pricing strategies, and innovative marketing campaigns.Drive digital marketing strategies to boost traffic, engagement, and sales across digital platforms.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and adjust strategies based on market and digital trends.Oversee both local and international markets, setting pricing models for optimal returns.Manage external real estate agents, negotiate terms, and review performance.Monitor sales performance, billing, collection, lead generation, and digital marketing metrics, reporting progress to management.Ensure operating expenses remain within budget limits.Drive and implement branding initiatives while enforcing brand guidelines.Ensure compliance with legal requirements by liaising with regulators.Stay updated on property market trends, digital marketing advancements, and regulations to capitalize on opportunities.To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management. Qualification Requirements: At least 10 years of sales & marketing experience in property development industry.Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related field.Experience in a high-rise buildings and mixed development.Experience in international market and foreign investment.Familiar with other states' development and market sentiments.Familiar with Housing Developers Act, National Land Code Act, Strata Titles Act and related legislation.
