Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Business Process Sr Manager is responsible for improvising and streamlining end-to-end processes, supporting the manufacturing team strategically with the BPM team.
This role covers, but is not limited to, performing gap analysis, mapping, streamlining, and improvising the process flows to suit business needs towards optimized operations.
He/she will be involved in various manufacturing/engineering related improvements through cross-functional collaboration to support the desired business goals of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the planning, development, and implementation of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations in the areas of business process management.
Able to evaluate and identify areas for improvement in operations specifically in the area of manufacturing.
Coordinating the improvement strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
Track, monitor, and follow up on all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
Provider of systemic solutions on both manufacturing & engineering support activities to achieve optimum productivity, quality, and cost.
Monitor the deployed changes through the change management process.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering or any related fields.
Minimum 5-10 years' experience in EMS or electronics and related fields.
Ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives.
Possess strong communication skills & project management acumen.
PREFERRED:
Experience in solid-state drive/flash environment is preferred.
Good analytical skills, positive personality, and takes initiative.
Proactive in teamwork and independent work.
Skills in the area of problem-solving, lean six sigma, FMEA & PMP are key.
