Senior Manager – Digital Strategy & Projects

The Senior Manager – Digital Strategy & Projects is responsible for executing strategic IT initiatives across the organization, focusing on digital transformation, ERP implementations, and document management systems. This role involves the creation and governance of IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure they align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale IT initiatives such as digital transformation, ERP implementations, document management systems and other key strategic initiativesManage full lifecycle of complex IT projects, including scope definition, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, execution, and post-implementation reviewsDevelop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in alignment with industry best practices and organizational goalsDrive process improvement initiatives within IT operations, ensuring that systems, workflows, and procedures are optimized for efficiency and effectivenessAct as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, providing clear communication and alignment of priorities Job Requirements: Possesses 8 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing strategic IT initiativesProven experience leading digital transformation projects, ERP implementations and eDMSStrong experience in developing and implementing IT policies, SOPs, and governance frameworksStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and securityPMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable
