Our client is a reputable entertainment player in the Asia-Pacific region. They are actively hiring a Senior Manager, IT Services to play a key role in advancing the cloud eco-system and drive a culture of technical excellence in the organisation.

About the Role
In this business-critical role, you are expected to

- Demonstrate hand-on knowledge of private and public cloud computing; design, provide and administer best practices for these services in large organisations
- Automate infrastructure services and system administration task where possible
- Implementation of vendor solutions and its integration with existing systems
- Act as a Project Manager for successful implementation of the initiatives from the business side which includes understanding the scope, impacts, feasibility and challenges
- Manage IT services such as network, system, application and data centre operations; provide standard procedures and controls to ships and oversea offices in maintaining IT services for respective data centre / computer room
- Lead and deliver operational excellence with focus on the service management and agile approach to achieve agility, speed, scale and efficiency
- Plan and develop IT security policies to prevent unauthorised access and malicious attacks

Requirements

- Bachelors' or diploma holder in computer science or relevant IT discipline(s)
- Minimum 8 years' work experience in infrastructure (including but not limited to network, storage, compute, virtualisation and cloud systems)
- Hands-on experience with Virtual Private Clouds, Cloud Exchanges, and other concepts
- Experienced in project management capacity for large data centre / office initial setup or migration projects will be an added advantage
- Skilled at communicating and sharing technical information to non-technical users
