Senior Manager, Real Estate & Tenancy

Responsibilities       New Store Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for expanding our store network.Identify and evaluate potential store locations based on market trends, demographics, and business objectives.Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and other contractual agreements with property owners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and seamless store openings.Balance expansion goals with operational efficiency.

Tenancy Renewal and Management:Oversee lease renewals, negotiations, and extensions.Monitor lease expirations and proactively manage tenancy transitions.Resolve disputes and address landlords concerns promptly.

Portfolio Management:Manage a substantial portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and profitability.Develop and implement strategies to enhance store value and maximize returns.Regularly assess property performance and recommend improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and other industry partners.Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with lease agreements and local regulations.Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Market Research and Analysis:Conduct thorough research on local markets and industry dynamics.Leverage data to make informed decisions regarding store placement.Identify growth opportunities, target markets, and potential locations.Monitor performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed

Drive team performanceThrive in a dynamic, results-oriented setting.Adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.Lead by example, motivating your team to excel. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in real estate management, with a focus on store acquisition and tenancy.Proven ability to grow and manage a large property portfolio.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong network within the real estate industry, including relationships with landlords, developers, and key stakeholders.Proficiency in lease agreements, property valuation, and market analysis.
