RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading & Supporting the Large Solution Opportunity include driving the best solution to improve the influencing and winning chance.
Functional Lead Local Technical Support (LTS) Team in the region to drive Consultant Engagement Program include strategize, positioning & influencing Vertiv Solution into consultant design work.
Product Promotion Program include go to market plan, product positioning, influencing, technical lead in local MU, build up the Sales & Partner Technical Strength.
Value Engineering on the Solution Cost in Pre Sales and Post Sales job quote.
Work closely with Project and Procurement team to optimize the solution to improve the winning chance and margin to the company.
Development in LTS Team Member include Soft Skill, Product & Solution Knowledge to improve team competency.
Drive LTS Team Productivity Improvement to support current market demand and revolution.
Drive Consultant Program and align every MU LTS to work closely in the team and Business Development Manager supporting large opportunity from regional consultant and Maincon.
Work closely and align with MU Sales Director on reviewing the LTS Team Progress.
Work closely with Product Manager on new Product Program and align go to market strategic with LTS.
Work closely with Sales on the early lead from consultant to ensure we cover all angles. Supporting and advice LTS Manager on day-to-day challenge and direction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Telecommunication, IT or related field.
Preferably at least 5 to 8 years of relevant turnkey project or design management experience, specializing in large-scale data center (over 1000 racks).
Preferably at least 5 to 10 years of relevant Power, Thermal or DCIM design and engineering experience.
Knowledgeable about data center industry standards(Uptime, TIA) and compliance protocol.
Experience in Leading a Team with at least 3 to 5 years' experience.
Experience to work and manage teams in a matrix organization structure.
Independent, resourceful, quick learner with good interpersonal and communication skills.
