As a Senior Marketing Associate in the Consumer Marketing team, you will be primarily responsible for championing execution and operational excellence in going to market with title campaigns by (1) delivering a world-class shopping experience on our websites (Codashop and publisher Custom Commerce websites), (2) communicating with consumers using owned and operated marketing channels (website placements, email/push notifications/WhatsApp channels, organic social media)
\n Responsibilities: Project Management: Manage and execute BAU (Business as Usual) campaigns, including recurring monthly activities with updated themes. Coordinate with various stakeholders and handle briefs to ensure smooth project delivery.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams such as digital marketing, partnerships marketing, product operations, and design to brief and delegate campaign tasks effectively.Platform Stewardship: Execute campaigns through owned & operated (O&O) channels, including website placements, email/push notifications, and organic social media. Ensure campaigns are properly briefed and delivered on time.Metrics and Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for O&O marketing channels, ensuring timely tracking and reporting to improve channel performance.Content Coordination: Assist in the creation and adaptation of marketing content, coordinating with the Brand and Design team for assets like landing pages, creative writing, and case studies to promote campaigns.Market Research Support: Collaborate on informal market research to identify competitor activity and market trends that support ongoing projects. Requirements: 2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to website, email marketing, and social marketing. Previous experience in managing BAU campaigns is a plus.Able to execute projects independently, including delivering briefs and ensuring timely completion.Skilled in tracking performance, with experience in performance marketing tools preferred.Strong time management and organizational skills for handling multiple projects.Excellent written and verbal communication, able to collaborate in a multicultural environment.Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace products.
