Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing and Events Executive to play a key role in our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event coordination, marketing campaign execution, and affiliate relationship management. As a Senior Marketing and Events Executive, you will lead and contribute to the success of marketing initiatives, ensuring the seamless execution of events and campaigns to drive business objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Event Coordination and Management: Responsible for leading and managing seminars, workshops, and events, including all logistical aspects and post-event follow-up.
-Marketing Campaign Execution: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote affiliate programs, create compelling content across various channels, and optimize campaign performance.
-Affiliate Relationship Management: Manage current affiliate relationships through effective communication and support while strategizing to boost affiliate performance.
-Marketing Strategy and Support: Contribute innovative ideas, plan for marketing activity, and support campaign implementation to achieve business goals.
-Client and Vendor Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key trainers, acting as the primary contact, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and industry contacts for event coordination.
-Email and Communication Optimization: Improve email and automated communication processes, developing new strategies based on insights into timing, targeting, and content.
-Team Lead: Oversee junior staff members within the marketing and events team. This involves coordinating day-to-day activities, offering guidance to team members, and ensuring the successful execution of projects and campaign.
