Job Description: Create and execute brand and marketing plans for specific goals, focusing on both short-term and long-term objectivesOversee the implementation of marketing initiatives on scheduleMonitor projects and campaigns from start to finish to ensure goals are metDevelop monthly marketing calendars outlining strategic activitiesAnalyze offline and digital marketing performance, suggesting enhancementsCoordinate KOL, social media and e-commerce activitiesLead the marketing team and collaborate with internal departments to meet campaign objectives Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing or any equivalent field with at least 2 years experience in F&B / Marketing or related industry experienceAble to work independently with minimum supervisionPossess a pleasant personality with strong interpersonal, excellent communication skills, analytical capability and multi-tasking skillsAbility to think out-of-the-box and express creativityFast in problem solving and resourcefulIf required from time to time able to work after working hours or weekend
