We are looking for a full-time Senior Marketing Executive who will work closely with the founders to drive our e-commerce success. This role blends strategic oversight with creative execution, involving everything from crafting compelling ad campaigns to managing social media presence across multiple platforms.
As our Senior Marketing Executive, you'll oversee and develop marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and optimise our digital marketing efforts. You'll also play a key role in content creation, influencer collaboration, and community management, all while mentoring junior team members. Job Description

-Oversee and Develop Marketing Campaigns: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
-Crafting Compelling Ad Scripts: Develop engaging ad scripts for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok that resonate with our target audience.
-Brainstorming Creative Ideas: Collaborate with the production team to pitch and execute innovative ad campaigns using tools like Atria and Foreplay.
-Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse performance data to optimise ad campaigns and boost results for Nateskin.
-Market Research and Analysis: Evaluate market trends, brand awareness, and competition to inform marketing strategies.
-Social Media Management: Plan and manage the social media content calendar, creating viral content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Engage with followers and build community bonds.
-Website and Analytics Management: Maintain and update websites and online portals, using data analytics to drive improvements.
-Influencer and Designer Collaboration: Work with influencers and designers to create engaging content and ensure effective promotion of Nateskin products.
-Event and Campaign Coordination: Organise events, exhibitions, and promotional activities, liaising with various departments to ensure successful execution.
-Content Ideation and Creation: Develop written and graphic content for email newsletters, blogs, and social media posts.
-Team Training and Mentorship: Upskill junior team members and ensure the team stays ahead of the latest marketing trends.
-Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle additional tasks as required to support the marketing team and company objectives.

; Requirements:-
-Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, particularly in the e-commerce industry.
-Creativity and Innovation: Proven ability to craft creative ad scripts and marketing content, with a portfolio showcasing your success.
-Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
-Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a nice-to-have, and experience with tools like Atria or Foreplay is preferred.
-Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to use data insights to make informed decisions and optimise marketing strategies.
-Team Player: Collaborative, friendly, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
-Leadership: Experience in training and mentoring junior team members.
-Additional Skills: Fluency in Chinese or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus. Ability to shoot and edit social media content is also a plus.
