; Requirements:- Key Responsibilities



-Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.


-Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery


-Respond to inquiries from both international and domestic customers, coordinate shipment arrangements with clients, and compile all necessary import and export shipping documentation


-Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to ensure smooth operations


-Produce official quotations for the customers, create and distribute comprehensive invoices, complete the necessary shipping documentation for filling, and generate relevant reports.


-Organize and arrange stock within the warehouse for easy access and efficient retrieval.


-Maintain effective communication with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of operations.


-Collaborate with various departments to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.


-Coordinate with the team to update stock levels and ensure the accuracy of inventory records.


-Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain high-quality standards.


-Report any discrepancies, damages, or defects to the relevant teams and vendors as necessary.


-Stay informed about system updates and enhancements to facilitate efficient usage.

Qualifications



-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, logistics or supply chain management or any related field.


-At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.


-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


-Preferable candidates that are fluent in Mandarin speaking abilities to liaise with mandarin speaking clients.


-Good teamwork, mature thinking, self-motivated, customer-focused, and great phone etiquette.


-Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.


-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


-Preferred Male
