Senior Packaging Design Officer

Job DescriptionResponsible for Bosch Packaging Requirement standard for incoming goods/ raw materials.Gathering feedback with internal and external team to get feedback and design packaging according to requirements or highlights from team on the incoming goods / raw material packaging concept.Key user & PAX for LOM on the SAP Packaging module & others packaging software/system.Working with respective department to review and propose physical material flow in the plant from time to time.Responsible to ensure packaging from suppliers comply with Bosch packaging specification standards.Providing support to Sales and Purchasing on Packaging issue such as drop and transport testing of the packaging.Coordinating and working with the plant packaging experts, warehouse, procurement and purchasing project management teams to align on packaging concepts.Assisting the LOG team to define standard quantity to be in the packaging based online rate.Participating in Bosch Production System improvement projects to enhance system.Check & Approved Packaging Specification Form from suppliers.Provide technical support to MFI, QMM, MOE & LOG on Packaging issue.Liaise with internal & external Plants Packaging Experts on the packaging design concept and improvement.Liaise with respective party on the system enhancement for continuous improvement.Support LOM ad-hoc projects/improvements assigned by superior.Other additional tasks as per superior instructions.EHS representative (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) for LOG department.QualificationsBachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3-5 years of related working experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Capacity to monitor and control goals deployed to the LOG staffUnderstands impact and consequences of own actions.Advance knowledge in SapTeam player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.Decision making strength is essential.Additional InformationLeave Entitlement Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etcCompany Insurances and etc
