Senior Product Specialist / Product Specialist (Sales)

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for the assigned products.
Prepare sales plan and secure orders.
Identify and establish new customers and business opportunities.
Carry out product/technical briefings, workshops or demonstrations to customers in a professional manner and attend to customers' enquiries and concerns.
Provide efficient and effective service/support to maintain confidence in the reputation of the products and services offered by the Company.
Fully utilize the Company's CRM platform to submit up-to-date sales, activities and opportunities reports.
Ensure sales to customers are within the company's payment and credit terms. Assist in monitoring customer payments to minimize risk of potential bad debts.
Prepared to take on and cover geographical areas as assigned and other responsibilities/tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Health Sciences or related field preferred.
At least 2 years' experience in healthcare/medical equipment preferred. New Bachelor's degree holders with the relevant qualification may be considered.
Experience in critical care, emergency, and surgical will be an added advantage but not essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal and time-keeping skills & a strong team player.
Good communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess own car with valid Driver's license.
Successful candidate will be required to cover territories assigned other than the candidate's base location.
