Manage production operations, coordinate production staff and equipment, and ensure the quality and profitability of products.
Determine the best and most efficient uses of the available resources, including equipment and labour, to meet production build schedule and goals.
Hires and trains the workforce for production. Manage and motivate the staff, monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
Analyse any production problems and ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
Develop new and cost-effective ways to improve quality, productivity and reduce waste by improving existing processes, providing additional training or adopting better manufacturing processes.
Manage ESD production routine checks activity in Visualization production.
Establish, implement, and maintain ESD related documentation.
Improve ESD routine check's efficiency by optimizing resources and meet the ESD quality level requirement.
Set up and maintain all production equipment and equipment's spare parts management system that used inside Visualization production.
Liaise with technical section on improving equipment and troubleshooting equipment breakdown.
Handle customer complaints, NCRs, CAPAs and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements:
At least a Degree in manufacturing/Engineering field or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing field.
Knowledge in ESD would be preferable.
Knowledge in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 would be an added advantage.
Outspoken person would be preferable.
