Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Senior Project Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day sales administration operations related to the Project Administration and ensure the timely execution and processing of day-to-day task.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files which include maintaining soft copy & hard copy filing in systematic order.To purchase, receive and monitor office supplies and ensuring that basic supplies are always availableTo responds promptly to all channel of communications, including incoming & outgoing calls, emails, letter correspondences and communication in within the organizationAttending Client & Consultant Meeting and Site Meeting.Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers as needed to ensure effective communication and project progress.Facilitate internal project meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.To prepare agenda prior to attending the Client & Consultant Meeting, Site Meeting and internal project meeting.To write minutes for internal project meeting.Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members.To undertake adhoc duties and responsibilities as per instructed by the Management Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Degree in Business Administration or relevant fieldsAt least 4 years of relevant experience as an administrator in the Property Developer/Construction companyExcellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with Consultant. Contractors, Associates and team members professionally.Must have a good personality and attitude. Able to work independently, versatile, and able to multi-task
