Senior Qaqc Executive

1. To understand and comply with SOI Quality Management System, customers, licensors, and regulatory/Legal requirements
2. Familiarize with product specification for API & Premium Connection.
3. Able to understand and comply with all requirements stipulate in IWO.
4. To assist Manager, QAQC as follows:
i. Responsible to ensure that the product inspected met all the specification.
ii. Generate accurate Daily QAQC Report, Monthly Inspection Report and other quality report as per required.
iii. Develop training program and monitor the implementation and effectiveness.
iv. Develop and updating of Quality Manual, Quality System Procedures, Work Instructions & Guidelines.
v. To ensure latest document’s reference being used.
vi. To carry out analysis on any defects, non-conformance and ensure CAR to be responded accordingly.
vii. To liaise with internal departments as well as external parties on quality matters.
5. 70% of time shall be spent at plant to provide technical guidance on quality matter.
6. Conduct routine internal meeting with QA/QC supervisors and other Department Head to further vigilance to the potential problems which must be tackled accordingly
to avoid non conformities.
7. Responsible for manpower allocation and job delegation for QAQC Inspectors to ensure smooth operation.
8. Assist to conduct internal audit based on API Q1/ISO 9001.
9. Comply with safety policies and HSE procedures.
10. To ensure good housekeeping is maintain and sustain at work place.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head/ DGM.
