Responsibilities:Identify clients and foster positive & long-term relationships
Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs
Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment
Manage and execute the full life-cycle recruitment process
Work with different stakeholders assigned from the client such as Managers, Directors, Finance, Procurement, Resourcing, and more
Collaborate with local and regional teams as and when required to deliver candidates to clients
Proficient and proven record as a Sales & Account Manager and able to build pipelines of new accounts of clients
Requirements:
Minimal 2-3 years of working experience in a Recruitment agency and ability to deal with clients and stakeholders
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Dynamic, Team-driven, Sales-driven individual with a hyper-growth mentality in learning
Enterprise Recruiting, Regional Recruiting preferred
Specialize in providing human resource consulting services - talent acquisition, management, development, and career transition
Strong Team Player with a drive for success highly recommendable
Able to work under a fast-paced sales environment, target-driven, and earn for a high commission and rewarding job
