Job Summary:
As a Senior Recruiter at FIT Pioneer, you'll manage a full recruitment lifecycle, building robust candidate pipelines, and partnering with clients to meet their talent needs. This role requires an experienced, dynamic recruiter with a strong understanding of various HR services, a proactive approach to sourcing, and the ability to foster excellent relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
-Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing offers for diverse roles across industries.
-Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with client HR teams and hiring managers to understand their unique recruitment needs and advise on best hiring practices.
-Talent Sourcing: Use innovative methods to attract high-quality candidates, leveraging job boards, social media, networking events, and passive sourcing.
-Candidate Experience: Create a positive and professional experience for candidates, from initial engagement through the hiring decision.
-Market Insights: Keep updated on industry trends, salary data, and talent demands to provide strategic recruitment insights to both Sainoforce and its clients.
-Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
-Employer Branding: Represent Sainoforce as a brand ambassador, promoting our services at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms.
-Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal hiring practices and internal policies to maintain transparency and integrity in all recruitment efforts.

; Requirements:-
-Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within HR services, executive search, or a recruitment agency environment. Experience with EOR, HRMS, or Payroll Outsourcing industries is advantageous.
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
-Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
-Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
-Adaptability: Skilled in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

-Language: Proficient in Chinese is an added advantage
