You will join a tight-knit team of strategists, planners, producers, and creatives to pursue game-changing ideas for our clients – and provide stewardship over how, where, and when strategies come to life.
-Day-to-day responsibilities
-Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Digital Account Director to ensure day-to-day deliverables meet industry standards, client expectations, project deadlines are met, meeting sales targets, coaching and supporting the juniors team members in achieving their KPIs.
-Lead assignment accounts and projects, ensuring operational excellence.
-Understand clients' brief and liaise with the creative team to research and formulate marketing solutions.
-Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
-Coordinate social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.
-Managing the brand's social media page(s) as well as community management (Message/Enquiry replies)
-Guiding junior members for BAU/Always-On content
-Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
-Leverage on organic social media platforms (mainly FB, IG, and LinkedIn) to increase followers and engagement for brands assigned to you.
-Curate and create engaging social media content to stir conversation among your audiences, while maintaining the brand's voice.
-Work closely with creative to produce out of the box social media content and ad campaigns.
-Collate contents/asset/brief to proceed with execution.
-Independently monitor all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly.
-Write status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated.
-Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised.
-Client servicing and marketing consultancy
-Presentable and able to manage composure.
-Function as the key contact person to key retainer clients.
-A good understanding of the usage of business English for this role is integral.
-Manage client expectations with day-to-day reporting and explain requirements of analysis, specification, and design of projects on a technical and non-technical basis.
-Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
-Present communication strategies and reports to clients, conduct WIP sessions with clients.
-Performance Marketing
-Perform and manage day-to-day media ad buys.
-Develop strategies and execute paid social media campaigns for advertising.
-Plans and executes all SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, web, and display advertising campaigns.
-Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
-Reporting
-Analyze digital campaigns success.
-Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
-Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
-Report on campaign performance and sentiments.
-Research and analysis
-Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media space.
-Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and advertising technology trends.
-Project and resource management
-Daily managing and coordination of ongoing projects.
-Internal Preparation, Deliverables and Coordination for ongoing projects.
-New business development
-Participate in pitches with strategies and ideas based on market insights and sentiments.

-Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
-Required language(s): English - Good written and spoken. Mandarin/Malay language will be an advantage.
-At least 4 Year(s) of working experience with a proven track record in the related field is required for this position.
