Deliver on fee-based income targets as per the annual 3-year rolling business plan Develop and implement the origination strategy for specific Solutions Products Manage a structured pipeline of leads and opportunities across the market from planning to onboarding and delivery Lead cross functional deal teams to successfully execute sales opportunities in our pipeline Lead client engagement on sales opportunities including developing and delivering World Class pitch materials, agreeing commercial terms and overcoming sales obstacles Take s structured approach to all pipeline opportunities and we adhere to all distribution compliance and governance requirements Work with marketing and Solutions Product Development colleagues to develop an engaging Marketing strategy to promote our Solutions Conduct Market research and client engagement to better understand our competitive edge and make specific recommendations to maximise our proposition Provide input on client needs and recommend Product improvements with maximum commercial up-side for our Product roadmaps Build new client and non-insurance segment relationships to expand the reach of the Swiss Re Solutions franchise About the Team The team is made up of 8 Sales professionals who are passionate about expanding our Solutions business. Our role is to engage Swiss Re's clients and sell our Solutions that support our existing Reinsurance business or develop new client relationships. You will be reporting to the Head of L&H Solutions Sales & Origination for Asia.
About You 10 years relevant Sales and Origination experience in either financial, technology or professional services with a track record of consistently delivering sales and revenue targets in the South east Asian geography Experience of L&H Insurance technology and risk management and know what it takes to convince clients to implement new technologies and propositions Having access to an independent network to enable / source opportunities for tech / consulting sales to Insurers Demonstrate a solid understanding of go to market strategies and a flair for marketing in a B2B environment You are an effective networker with good collaboration and influencing skills Commercial account or market responsibility in B2B client service and/or Solutions technology or platform orientated business is a plus Native or proficient English is a must, other Asian languages beneficial About Swiss Re Swiss Re is one of the world's leading providers of reinsurance, insurance and other forms of insurance-based risk transfer, working to make the world more resilient.
