The Job:
-Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
-Carry out the full recruitment cycle's process (i.e Manpower requisition, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offering, pre-employment verification and onboarding).
-Actively source and connect with potential talents globally through multiple social media platforms.
-Identify and develop the sourcing channels across the globe.
-Organize and participate in virtual/physical career fairs and recruitment events as and when required.
-Contribute to the improvement of the company's talent acquisition strategy.
-Contribute to the success of the employee engagement and employer branding's initiatives.

; Requirements:- The Person:
-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or similar.
-At least five (5) years of working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role with good understanding of the full recruitment cycle's process.
-Experience in hiring for Tech roles are strongly encouraged to apply.
-Adept at using social media platforms (i.e LinkedIn, Behance, Github etc) to source for suitable profiles.
-Experience working in a Headhunter / Recruitment Agency will be an added advantage.
-Enjoy connecting with people and being an effective team player.
-Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
-Good command in English (verbal and written).
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-A creative thinker and a proactive problem solver.
-A positive, "can do" attitude.
