About the Role:We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our Data Software and Solutions Design team that builds real estate data products. As part of this role, you will make critical contributions to formulating the direction of the overall user experience of our data products. The ideal candidate will lead user research efforts, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods to gather deep insights into user behaviours and needs. Responsibilities include designing and conducting user studies, analysing data, and presenting actionable recommendations to improve product usability and user satisfaction. The Senior UX Researcher will also oversee content writing to ensure our data products are aligned with user insights and easy to understand. The Senior UX Researcher will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the development process. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of UX best practices, and a proven track record of impactful research are essential. If you are passionate about creating user-centred solutions and driving innovation, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Research and Analysis:Conduct competitive analysis and product tear-downs to identify best-in-market user interactions and insights.Ensure consistent user experience measurement across our products/ servicesAnalyse quantitative user behaviour data and provide actionable UX insights.Identify user pain points and collaborate with product and design teams to develop high-impact problem statements and solutions.Drive and host design workshops and retrospectives.Implementation and Documentation:Embed UX research findings into product and design outputs.Ensure the accuracy and alignment of content with user insightsWrite comprehensive reports and support UX documentation.Be the #1 advocate for users and relentlessly push for better user experienceBe seen as a respected, measured point-of-view and valid source of insightProvide mentorship and best practices to the design teamEmpower other project teams to do effective researchRequirements:5+ years of user research experience preferably in B2B contextBA/ BS or higher degree in social sciences or in human-centred design, including Anthropology, Human Factors, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, and other related fieldsA portfolio that includes examples of conducting impactful user researchExtensive knowledge and experience in different user research methodologies.
