Service Advisor (Automotive)

**Duties and Responsibilites include the following**:**Data Administration**- Process job requisition form and export data into Job Sheet- Update Rentcar vehicles related information including mileage, fuel level & user details- Update delivery checklist based on job performed and ensure acknowledgement from user- Obtain customer's car details which required service/maintenance- To fill in Inspection Slip (F44) during job completion**Operation**- Check vehicle's condition and ensure minimum requirement are in place- Responsible for vehicle replacement, vehicle delivery as requested by customers- Collect vehicle from customer and send for repair/maintenance- To ensure vehicle sent for inspection before due- Repair vehicle on periodic basis when necessary / as assigned by superior- Transfer vehicle to outstation upon requirement- Assist to send customer's vehicle for service/maintenance- Perform stock count end of day and match with Inspection Slip (F44)**Self-Development Skill**- Communication Skills (English/Malay)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusLicense/Certification:- Driving License (required)
