Service Centre Operations Executive

We are looking for a Service Centre Operations Executive to maintain great relationship with the business partners. The position's responsibility including keeping the business partners network strong coverage, promote company customer service, identifying new business partners, attending to all meeting and keeping the existing business partners operation running smoothly.
Key Responsibility
Developing and sustaining solid relationship with business partners to bring the best customer service to consumerAddressing and resolving business partner's issue and complaintMaintain and grow the existing business partners by providing support and guidance to business partner ensuring business continuitySource any new potential business partner for service as when neededWork closely for sales and support team to ensure the necessary task/function is in order, align with company objective. At the same time, suggest actions to improve service delivery and identify opportunity for growth Requirement
Candidate must possess at least DiplomaPassion about customer service2 year working in customer service field or relevant field is an added advantageExcellent communication and strong negotiation skillAbility to build rapport with business partnerAble to drive and able to travel as when needed (moderate travelling is required)Language required: English. Mandarin dialect is an added advantageTraining is provided
