The Offer Work within a company with a solid track record of success Join a well known brand within Telecommunications Great work environment The Job Key responsibility would be Operations services for Zoom platform Responsible for all operations activities e.g.
Incident management, change management, service request.
Understanding of the Digital Industry with a focus on Digital Workplace domain including Voice, Video, Conferencing services and other collaboration services.
Detailed understanding of ITIL framework Exposure and inclination towards Analytics and Numbers Good Analytical skills – well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare proposals, financial business cases and data analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and provide technical support for Zoom-related queries.
Manage and administer the Zoom platform, including user and DID provisioning, permissions management, and integration with other tools.
Implement and enforce security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access controls, to protect sensitive information.
Stay updated with the latest Zoom features and updates and evaluate their applicability to our business needs.
Assist in training employees and clients on how to effectively use Zoom features and functionalities.
Analyze usage data and generate reports to identify trends, usage patterns, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Zoom with other communication tools and systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to audio, video, and connectivity during Zoom sessions.
The Profile You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments The Employer Our client is looking for Service Desk Analyst (Japanese Speaker)
