General Summary: Responsible of attending to customers' service works; related to schedule services, equipment audit, complaints, executing service orders, repair, trouble-shooting, & etc in O&G Industry for Malaysia Market.
Principal Responsibilities: To demonstrate commitment, dedication, responsibility and accountability to current job functions.To effectively manage a good relationship with the O&G customers, extend value added services and ensure O&G customer satisfaction at all times (customer focused).To conduct daily schedule, assignment & activities to your downline (Supervisor & Technician).To plan, implement and monitor monthly service schedule in an effective and efficient manner.To defined and ensure all service schedules and logistics support are properly coordinated and completed within the stipulated time-frame without the needs for unnecessary overtime.To manage and reduce overtime by 50% or less than 40 hours per month. Unscheduled overtime should not extend beyond 10.00pm.To closely monitor service technicians and service supervisors when performing service procedures or repairs followed by corrective action plan.To ensure that all equipment is properly maintained in order to reduce the number of repeat service callouts.To take lead in addressing site issues with appropriate departments, recommend solutions, corrective measure or next course of action and prepare comprehensive field service report.To carry out site assessment, prepare quotation, follow- up closely with PO, execution and billing.To lead, supervise and motivate a team of subordinates comprising of service supervisors & technicians.To provide technical assistance, guidance and training to subordinates as and when required.To discuss and seek immediate supervisor's attention whenever there is discrepancy, site related issues or the service schedule could not be completed on time.To ensure that all service orders are completed on time. Review and submit all Field Service Report (FSR) to immediate supervisor/administrator for further action within a given time-line.To address and resolve all receivable accounts overdue with the customer on top priority.To accomplish departmental goals and company goals through dedication and team work.Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.The company may at any time as deemed necessary, to add or amend any of these job functions. Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements: Min 3 years working experience, preferably in manufacturing facilities with prior experience in service activities especially in chiller & HVAC package unitExcellent integrity and ethical standards. Good personality and interpersonal skill.Proactive, innovative, analytical-minded and team player. Computer literacy including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Words, etc.Able to work long hours as and when required.Sound technical knowledge in air conditioning, refrigeration, systems and processes.
