Service Management Specialist (Sme)

Purpose of the role 
Service Management Specialist will play a lead role in areas pertaining to SSC service review with OpCo and reporting to Central Team, support IT hardware/systems/applications management and system user access provisioning to ensure smooth operations and adherence to Company's policies and procedures.
Job Description  Bank Administrator(1) Ensure timely approval of e-banking portal user access creation/changes/deletion and change of user entitlements
(2) Ensure board resolution/mandate submitted to local banks for all bank approvers (new/leaver) in a timely manner
(3) Ensure user access review process completed in a timely manner for all bank accounts under SSC MY bank profile
(4) Work with the Control & Compliance Specialist to manage OpCo bank accounts migration to SSC MY banking portal
(5) Work with OpCo to ensure that board resolution is prepared and submitted on a timely basis to the relevant banks in the event of changes in bank approvers and/or account operating instructions
(6) Key contact point between SSC and bank representative for bank related matters
IT Asset Management(1) Proper planning and management of IT assets and IT hardware to ensure sufficient inventories at all times
(2) Provide orientation to new joiners on IT hardware and software
(3) Timely dispatch/collection of office asset with new joiners/leavers
(4) Perform periodical physical count and inspection on IT assets and IT hardware and work with Finance team to dispose/write off for damaged/faulty/missing items
(5) Timely repair/disposal of faulty IT assets and IT hardware
(6) Planning and execution of laptop refresh exercise
Application/System User Access Management(1) Timely provisioning of system user access for all systems/applications used by SSC
(2) Ensure user access review is completed on a timely basis for all systems/applications used by SSC
(3) Drive system/application/SharePoint improvisation and implementation
(4) Support tracking and monitoring of IT tickets raised by SSC MY employee and work with WPP IT to ensure all IT tickets are closed on time.
(5) Timely communication to all SSC employees on any IT update/matters
Service Review Report and Meeting Facilitation(1) Plan and schedule Service Review Meetings (SRMs) between SSC HODs/Managers and OpCo to facilitate service experience discussion
(2) Collate monthly service review reports for HODs/Managers to detail service successes and challenges on both the SSC and OpCo side
(3) Collate monthly KPI report prepared by the SSC Managers for submission to the Group Financial Controller
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related fields5 years and above relevant working experience. Prior experiance in IT system administration will be an added advantage. Skills and Competencies Fluent written and spoken EnglishStrong interpersonal and people management skillsMeticulous and able to handle high volumes of data
